“Inspires confidence and trust. The Owner - the Guy whose name is on the door - is there on site doing the work. I am new to Ottawa and picked Jim at random from a CAA- Approved List. I`m glad I did. I`m now a loyal Customer. My positive experience took place before I had even set foot in the door. I called Jim to ask about my air conditioning problem. Jim spent about 20 minutes on the phone, patiently explaining how and what he would do. He was an excellent communicator and won over my business! I joined the Car Care Club because I think it`s excellent value. I like to bring my car to the same place where they get to know me and my car.
