I was seriously thinking of giving up on cars altogether with services & costs involved.  Dealership services are not the best and had enough of paying three times more for fair or bad services.  Your company have changed all that.  I now feel so much more positive about car maintenance since I started bringing my car to you.  I felt so negative whenever I had to bring my car in, in the past.  You’ve changed all that! 

SERVICE, GREAT SERVICE! & REASONABLE PRICES!  You take the time to explain what is needed and why it is needed.  Your mechanic took the time to show me how the brakes worked… & what they looked like.  I must admit I was surprised when he got the book from under the counter to show me a picture of brakes.  I felt like “Wow, that’s service you don’t get anywhere else.”
